STORAGE OF TADALAFIL: Keep your tablets in the original pack. Keep tablet in cool and dry place. Do not store Torsemide in the bathroom or near a sink. 

APPLICATIONS OF TADALAFIL: Tadalafil is used to treatment of male sexual function problems. Tadalafil does not give protection against sexually transmitted diseases like HIV, gonorrhoea and hepatitis B. 

HOW TO USE: Tadalafil is taken by mouth with or without food. You can take one tablet at least half an hour ago before sexual activity. It may effective up to 36 hour. Do not take 2 dose of Tadalafil in one day. 

HOW TADALAFIL WORKS: Tadalafil belong to a class of medicine called PDE5 inhibitors.

Tadalafil  works by temporarily increasing blood flow to the penis when you get sexually excited. 

CONTAINDICATION OF TADALAFIL: If you area patient of multiple myeloma, Leukaemia, sickle cell anaemia, pigmentary retinopathy and hearing loss kindly avoid Tadalafil. Do not take this medicine if you have liver problem and severe renal impairment. Kindly avoid this medicine if you have restrictive cardiomyopathy. 

PHARMACOKINETICS OF TADALAFIL: Tadalafil is rapidly absorbed after oral administration. Approximately half life of Tadalafil is 17.5 hours. Tadalafil is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4 to acatechol metabolite. Peak plasma concentration of Tadalafil is between 30 minutes and 6 hours. Tadalafil is excreted mainly in the feces (61%approximately) and approximately 36% excreted by urine. 

SIDE EFFECTS OF TADALAFIL: Most common side effect of Tadalafil is headache, stomach upset, back pain, muscle pain,stuffy nose, flushing, or dizziness. In rare case patient may feel hearing problem or vision problem. 

PRECAUTIONS: This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions so before taking tadalafil, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it. If you are a patient of heart problem, kidney disease or liver disease kindly avoid this medicine. This drug may make you dizzy so kindly avoid alcohol or cannabis during the dose of Tadalafil.
