HOW CILOSTAZOL WORKS: Cilostazol and Cilostazol metabolitesare one type of posphodiesterase III inhibitors (PDA III inhibitors). Cilostazol inhibitsactivity of posphodiesterase and also quash cAMP degradation so by that cAMPincreased in Blood vessels and platelets and by this activity the plateletdegradation inhibits and also blood clotting reduced by the activity.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not take Cilostazol medication if youhave any heart problems like Congestive heart failure. Take your doctor’sadvice if you are pregnant or in lactation phase. Cilostazol can harma nursing baby so do not take medication if you are breastfeeding a baby. Donot share your medication with other person. The Cilostazol excretedalmost 74-76% by urination and the remaining medicine 23-27% eliminate by thefaces like sweating or by skin.
