STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store the medicine in cool and dry place, away from direct light and heat.Do not place medicine in bathroom or any humid place. Do not put the cap open. Keep away from children and pets. 

HOW TO USE: Wash and dry the part of skin where this cream has to apply. Apply this medicine 2 times per day. If you use Miconazole spray,kindly shake the container before using it. 

HOW MICONAZOLE WORKS: Miconazole works by inhibiting the CYP450 anzyme which is used to build the fungal cell wall. By the inhibition of synthesis of cell wall, the fungal growth stops and by this Miconazole kills the fungal cells. 

PHARMACOKINETICS: Miconazole have poor absorption in the systemic circulation.  Miconazole takes 18.4 hours to reach the peak plasma concentration. Miconazole metabolism occurs in liver and it does not affect any other activity. The half-life of Miconazole is 24 hours. Less than 1% of Miconazole recovered in urine. And the elimination of Miconazole had done by both urine and feces. 

SIDE EFFECTS: Side effects like swelling, redness, itching, irritation of skin, burning are caused by Miconazole. If you see side effects like open sores, blistering of skin, contact your doctor. Seek immediate doctor attention if you see side effects like rash, swelling of skin, Redness,trouble in breathing and dizziness. 

PRECAUTION: Tell your doctor if you have any allergic reaction to Miconazole. Before taking the medication tell your doctor about your medical history. Do not take medication if you are in pregnancy or lactation period
