PHARMACOKINETICSOF TORSEMIDE: Torsemide is rapidly andfairly absorbed independentof the heart failure state. Half-life of Torsemide in normal patient is 3.5hours. Both hepaticmetabolism circulations are cleared by Torsemide. Peak plasma concentration ofTorsemide was 10.1µg/ml. In a normalpatient, about 20% is excreted through urine and 80% is excreted by bothhepatic metabolic systems. 

SIDE EFFECTS OF TORSEMIDE:  Manypeople using this medication do not have serious side effects. Other commonside effect of Torsemide is Dizziness or headache. In rare cases there is asigns of kidney problem like change in the amount of urine. In the very rarecase signs of allergic reaction like rash andswelling are seen in patient.
