Thehalf-life of Fluconazole is approximately 30hours. Approximately 80% ofunchanged drug eliminated by the urination and remaining metabolites eliminatedby the feces. 

SIDE EFFECTSOF FLUCONAZOLE: The common side effects like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, stomachpain, hair loss, stomach upset my seen in patients. If you see some seriousside effects like renal problem, loss of appetite, weight loss, tirednesscontact your doctor. Fluconazole rarely cause liver damage so if you seesymptoms like stomach or abdominal pain see medical attention.
